As a Leadership Consultant for the Gallup Organization, Tosca travels the world energizing managers and leaders of Fortune 500 companies and organizations in countries such as Thailand, Japan, China, Spain, India, Singapore, Switzerland, Canada and throughout the U.S. As a professional writer since 1992, her credits include Organizational Dynamics, The Lincoln Journal-Star, Writer’s Weekly, Golf News, and Wild West Magazine. Tosca received her B.A. in English and International Relations from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts with special studies at Oxford University.
