Mrs. Nebraska American was created in 2020. This title was created for the first runner-up to Mrs. Nebraska America. She has the same opportunity to compete at Nationals in her division in Las Vegas. There is no talent division, and the areas of competition are Interview, Evening Gown and Swimsuit. She must be legally married, 18 years of age, and a resident of her state for a minimum of 3 months.
